Celine Xu, the esteemed Chinese Contemporary Artist, earned her reputation as a abstrct of the Chinese figurative painting.Having studied professionally in Fine Art at Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, Arizona State University, and fashion design and digital design In Parsons School of Design. In 2014 at the age of 19, It was a heart attack in 214 that catalyzed her full dedication to art, forever altering her perspective on the world.

A trailblazer in Contemporary Figurative Op Art, Garant's oil paintings blend graphic elements with traditional portraiture techniques. She pioneers analogue Glitch Art, employing patterns, duplication, symmetry, and image superposition to craft her mesmerizing visuals. Her works delve into human duality, exploring the conflict between inner identity and outward persona.

 

She has cultivated a unique artistic voice that merges cultural influences and contemporary expression. Awarded the prestigious Herberger Scholarship, she was the sole foreigner selected for the Herberger Honor Studio, reflecting her dedication to pushing creative boundaries. Celine’s work blends traditional fine art techniques with a modern sensibility, often exploring the themes of identity, transformation, and duality through her use of oil painting.

With extensive experience in art and branding, Celine also brings a unique business perspective to her art practice. Celine’s work is a reflection of her global experiences, drawing from her time in the United States, China, and Japan, and is poised to make a significant mark on the contemporary art scene.​
